Arena Policies
We are committed to making your visit to State Farm Center fun, entertaining and safe. In order to ensure this, we have instituted the following policies and procedures:

Cameras

Cameras are allowed. Detachable lenses longer than four (4) inches and video or audio recording equipment are prohibited. This policy may vary by event. Please check the event page for show specific policies.

Cashless Concessions
-
Concessions at State Farm Center are now cashless. If you plan to purchase food or drinks at a State Farm Center event, please make sure to bring a credit or debit card OR an NFC-enabled device to pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Clear Bag/Prohibited Item Policy

Other Prohibited Items include (but may not be limited to):
- Animals (except service animals for guests with a disability)
- Pepper spray, aerosol, or other spray cans
- Balloons
- Laser pointers, strobe lights, or other disruptive devices
- Bicycles, skateboards, or scooters (bike racks are available outside of State Farm Center)
- Illegal substances
- Boxes, gift bags, or wrapped packages
The following additional items are permitted:
- Strollers / car seats (may not block aisles or walkways)
- Compact umbrellas
- iPads / Tablets / Handheld gaming devices
- Seat cushions (without armrests)
Fans attending events at State Farm Center will be permitted to carry one clear plastic or vinyl bag that does not exceed 12”x6”x12”, or one clear drawstring bag not to exceed 12”x12”, or one, one-gallon clear plastic or zip-lock bag. A small clutch no larger than 4.5” x 7” may also be carried in addition to one clear bag. Diaper bags (with child) and bags approved for medical needs will be permitted after search by security personnel. All other bags, backpacks, totes and coolers are strictly prohibited. An exception will be made for empty clear plastic water bottles, up to 32 ounces.
To present a safe event for everyone, jackets may be searched upon entry. If prohibited items are found, the item will be confiscated OR the guest may personally return it to their vehicle or otherwise dispose of the item away from the facility. State Farm Center does not check or otherwise safeguard personal belongings. Any belongings abandoned at entrances or elsewhere on venue grounds will be destroyed.

Disorderly Conduct

Guests who fail to abide by Arena policies, state and federal law are subject to ejection from the facility. Guests in violation of Arena policy will be asked to correct their behavior if they fail to do so in a timely fashion ejection will occur.

Ejections

Disruptive and problem guests should be reported to event staff personnel immediately. Ejected Guests must vacate State Farm Center property.

Firearms/Weapons

Guests are prohibited from bringing weapons into State Farm Center.

Patron Search/Metal Detector Screening

To ensure a safe environment and experience for everyone, all guests are subject to walk-through metal detector search. Guests may be asked to remove certain items from their pockets prior to screening.

Protests
-
Inside SFC:
Protests may not take place inside the building. In the event of an indoor protest, protesters will be directed to move outside to designated areas.
Rules for outside protests:
Protest activity may not block entrances or exits and may not hinder the flow of guest ingress or egress.
Protest activities are limited to designated areas which are located approximately 20 feet away from the entry ramps leading to upper concourse entrances and also approximately 20 feet away from the East & West lower entrance canopies.
Flyers may be distributed if the issue is a free speech issue and NOT commercial advertising or political activity. -
Ticket Office Hours

The Illinois Ticket Office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For weekday events, the office will remain open from 5 p.m. through the event. For weekend events, the office will open 3 hours prior to the scheduled event time. Please note that phone lines are only staffed during weekday hours. The Illinois Ticket Office is located in the West lobby of State Farm Center and can be reached via phone at 866-ILLINI-1.

Ticket Scalping

Selling of tickets on State Farm Center property is strictly prohibited and violators will be prosecuted.
