State Farm Center is committed to making events accessible to all guests, and we offer a number of services in order to fulfill this commitment.

Our staff will be happy to assist you with ushering, easy-access seating, large print programs, emergency medical assistance/first aid, and a variety of additional services.

Please notify us as early as possible with any accessibility requests so that we may prepare for your arrival.

Services for Guests with Disabilities

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is located throughout the facility in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Accessible seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.


Animals are not permitted in State Farm Center. Exceptions include guide, sign and signal animals to aid guests with disabilities.​

Assisted Listening Devices

Assisted Listening Devices are available upon request from the Guest Service window. A Photo ID is required as collateral for using the assisted listening device. The ID will be exchanged back for the device when returned.​


Parking for those with disabilities is available in each of the parking lot quadrants surrounding State Farm Center. The spaces are limited and available on a first come, first-served basis. Circle drives area located on the East and West sides of the building and are available for drop-off and pick-up.

Sign Language Interpreters

Sign language interpreters are available upon request. Interpreters must be requested two weeks prior to the event. To request a sign interpreter, please call 866-ILLINI-1.
