ATM

There are bank automatic teller machines (ATMs) located inside State Farm Center for your convenience. Both are located on the west side of the councourse, one on the lower level and one on the upper level.

Bags/Prohibited Items

Other Prohibited Items include (but may not be limited to):

  • Animals (except service animals for guests with a disability)
  • Pepper spray, aerosol, or other spray cans
  • Balloons
  • Laser pointers, strobe lights, or other disruptive devices
  • Bicycles, skateboards, or scooters (bike racks are available outside of State Farm Center)
  • Illegal substances
  • Boxes, gift bags, or wrapped packages

 

The following additional items are permitted:

  • Strollers / car seats (may not block aisles or walkways)
  • Compact umbrellas
  • iPads / Tablets / Handheld gaming devices
  • Seat cushions (without armrests)

Cashless Concessions

Please note that all concessions stands at State Farm Center are CASHLESS.  Credit, debit, or NFC-enabled devices with Google Pay, Apple Pay, or Samsung Pay are accepted forms of payment.

Children's Entry

For most concerts: under 2 years do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. There are shows that require everyone to have a ticket. For all family shows, the policy varies by show so please check each individual event on StateFarmCenter.com for more information.

Fighting Illini Basketball games: Age 2 and under need a ticket, which can be purchased for $5 (lap seat). Women’s games, age 2 and under are not required to have a ticket.

Doors Open

Outside doors to State Farm Center open one hour prior to most events. However, for Broadway shows and a select number of other shows, while lobby doors will open one hour prior to show time, inside theatre doors will not open until 30 minutes prior to show time. Guests are encouraged to arrive early for easy access to seats and services.

First Aid

The First Aid Room is located on the lower concourse near the West Grand Lobby. Trained medical personnel are on staff for every State Farm Center event and are available to those needing assistance.

Guest Service Window

State Farm Center Guest Service Window is located in near the West Grand Lobby. State Farm Center staff is available to respond to all types of guest inquiries and/or suggestions, including questions, problems, lost children and lost/found articles. Event calendars, show brochures and other information also are available at this window.

Lost & Found

State Farm Center management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events. All lost and found items are to be taken to the Guest Service window, located near the West Grand Lobby. Guests may contact the SFC Administrative Office at 217-333-2923 to inquire about lost items. Items may be donated to charity or disposed of at the discretion of management after 30 days.

Mannie L. Jackson Basketball Hall of Fame

The new Mannie L. Jackson Basketball Hall of Fame in the West Lobby is stocked with trophies, memorabilia and tons of Fighting Illini Basketball history for fans.  The Hall of Fame is open to the public any time the Illinois Ticket Office is open (generally 8 a.m.-5 p.m. daily).  During events, the Hall of Fame is accessible to ticketed guests from the lower concourse. 

PLEASE NOTE THE MANNIE L. JACKSON HALL OF FAME IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE DUE TO COVID-19.

Re-Entry

State Farm Center has a no re-entry policy. There are no passes out.

Restrooms

State Farm Center features numerous men’s and women’s restrooms which are located in various locations on all levels. All-gender restrooms are also available in multiple locations. Baby changing stations are available in most restrooms.

Smoking Policy

The University of Illinois campus is smoke-free. There are no designated smoking areas.  This includes e-cigarettes.

Tailgating

Tailgating is PROHIBITED in ALL State Farm Center parking lots for all events other than football home games.

Ticket Office Hours

The Illinois Ticket Office is open from Noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  For weekday events, the office will remain open from 5 p.m. through the event.  For weekend events, the office will open 2 hours prior to the scheduled event time.  Please note that phone lines are only staffed during weekday hours.  The Illinois Ticket Office is located in the West lobby of State Farm Center and can be reached via phone at 866-ILLINI-1.
